Our jewelry is primarily created from brass and plated in 14k gold or silver. Therefore, we highly recommend not wearing your pieces in water, and storing it in a manner that protects it from the elements. Warm water with a gentle soap can be used to clean your pieces unless specified in the item description. We are so grateful for your purchase and want you to enjoy your jewelry forever!

RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to love your new jewelry! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order please feel free to contact us with your Invoice number & we will send you our returns form. You have 7 days (from the day you received the order) to return an item for a refund & 14 days for an exchange or in-store credit. The item(s) must be in new and unused condition to qualify. Any items returned without previous approval or do not meet our standards & policies could be denied or subject to a restocking fee. Returnable orders over $200 automatically inquire a 3% return/restocking fee with a maximum of $10. Shipping costs will not be refunded & are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 2-3 business days from the day we receive the shipment for us to process the package. We want you to receive your package as safely and quickly as possible. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process all orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding Holidays. Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days via United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. Once your order is dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout .
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
We use United States Postal Service First Class mail or Priority mail for all orders. For domestic orders, the delivery confirmation number will allow you to track the progress of your package through USPS until delivery. We offer two shipping options for orders inside US : First Class Mail at a flat rate cost of $4.59 & Priority Mail at a flat rate cost of $9. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless an Express mail is used and this is an added cost. If you would like Express shipping, please indicate so. Please keep in mind that the shipping times should be added to the current order production time to estimate time of arrival.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS First Class Mail within the US generally takes 3-10 business days, however, can at times (very rarely) take up to 3 weeks. Shipping charges include shipping costs, delivery confirmation and packaging costs. If you upgrade to Priority mail, please be aware that the order processing time still applies.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

JEWELRY CARE
Gold Filled / Gold Vermeil /Gold Plated
To prolong the life of your jewelry, do not wear your gold filled, gold plated, or gold vermeil jewelry in the shower, or when swimming or exercising. Also do not use jewelry cleaning substances on your gold plated, gold filled or gold vermeil jewelry, as the gold layer may eventually wear away. Minimize your jewelry’s contact to chemicals (lotion, hairspray, bleach, perfume, etc) to best maintain its shine. To store your gold plated/ gold filled / gold vermeil jewelry, wrap clean, dry jewelry in a dry, soft cloth and keep items separate to prevent tangling and scratching. To clean, mix mild soap, a drop of ammonia, and warm water. Gently swish the jewelry to clean, and then dry with a soft cloth (non-abrasive), and let it dry thoroughly.
T-SHIRT CARE
Our t-shirts are either a cotton blend or 100% cotton. Every shirt is pre-shrunk and all our garments are made in the U.S.A.
